After a tired and difficult year, time to rest has come for me. I prepare myself now for my summer vacations which will start tomorrow morning.
Before I start preparing my suitcases for my travel to Samos I found some time to communicate a little bit with you with this blog.

I would like to share with you a place I have designed with love... a place I would like to use as my cave, my nest. It is my bedroom and I present to you a wall of this room.

My bedroom is a tiny room. No more than 25 square meters but it has everything I like and I want there. This wall is the master theme of my bedroom.

I designed the two posters. The big one repsesends me. The way I see Fotini.
The strength and sensitivilty I cary with me. The glance in the eyes of this tiger is the same I see at my mirror.
I feel like this tiger... lonely and frozen at the endless white.
I designed me for first time. I designed me for me...

The small handmade picture with the the two deers represents the tenderness between a mother and her child. This has been embroidered by my mother. It is something I have with me from the moment I left my parents home. I have lost my mother. She died 5 years ago but this small picture keeps me connected with her. I feel her close to me when I turn to see it.

The small poster has also been designed by me. It has a poem, a happy poem who talks about love. It is about the search of love. I have it close to me to remind me that somewhere there is love but we have to search to find it. It is a hope.. a smile for me.

Maybe what I wrote are too personal but I enjoy to share them with you, my online friends.

Time to start packing those suitcases. In a few hours I will embark at "Express Athina" ferry and I will sail across Aegean Sea. I will sail to find my paradise... my home island... the place I have born and I love most of all the other places in this world.
